Upon submitting this form customer service will reach out within 24 hours of receiving the request, during business hours. Requests received over the weekend will be replied to on the next business day. Please note that submitted requests are not guaranteed bookings until we confirm with you.
We require a credit card deposit of $50 to hold the booking for all group appointments of 6-10 individuals.
If you need to book for more than 11, do not proceed. Email us first, email@example.com
The $50 deposit will be applied to your bill at the salon. Please bring a copy of your receipt to the salon and present at checkout.
We require at least 24 hours notice to the salon directly for any cancellations. For events cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the $50 deposit becomes non-refundable. Additionally, we reserve our space and our employees time for your appointment- if your group arrives later than 10 minutes of your appointment time we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, subject your group to walk in status or shorten the service time.
Cancellations must be verbally confirmed with the salon manager. Emails to customer service and voicemails are not an acceptable form of cancellation.
